At Marcus Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy box.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
